Robert has been a Business owner for all his adult life. He brings with him a wealth of knowledge in business dealings. His business contacts as well as his extensive contacts from over 40 years in the Non-Profit wildlife/conservation sector provides Robert with a network of people that have an interest in the real estate that Hayden Outdoors specializes in. From small construction (specializing in farm & ranch infrastructure) and outbuildings to multi-million dollar construction companies specializing in commercial building, dirt moving, concrete as well as infrastructure construction.
Robert is also an Owner/Partner with two adult sons in large metal fabricating facility for the last 20 years.
As a major contractor for both federal and state agencies, Robert brings a unique knowledge in dealings with government agencies, he’s been involved in non-profits for over 40 years. Robert served as President of the New Mexico chapter of Sportsman for Fish and Wildlife, the local chapter of Mule deer Foundation, local SCI Chapter.
He started the New Mexico Chapter of the Dallas Safari Club in 2017 and currently serves as the chapters Chief Operating Officer. He was appointed to the New Mexico Game and Fish Commission in 2011 and served for 8 years until 2018. Serving on the NMDGF Commission gives Robert a unique insight to how conservation and wildlife management in New Mexico benefits wildlife and cattle ranchers, and recreation. Having the background to maximizing the potential of properties, through conservation, wildlife or cattle management or recreational, the use and availability of NMGF landowner tags or partnering with state and federal agencies on conservation projects, Robert’s clients can count on his assistance.
A Resident of New Mexico and Southern Colorado all his life, is fluent in Spanish and well-versed in many of the local Native American languages spoken in New Mexico. Well versed in conservation for wildlife management having worked on several large projects as well as helping to fund several million dollars of conservation projects through non-profits.
Robert spends his free time hunting with sons and grandchildren big mule deer and elk, fishing and enjoying the mountains and traveling with his wife Olivia. He looks forward to the opportunity to work side by side with all clients to become lifelong friends and along the way fulfill your dreams and objectives for buying or selling real estate.
