With over 25 years of leadership experience across multiple industries, Matt has successfully managed high-performing teams, culminating in his role as Chief Operating Officer. His background in strategic planning, operational efficiency, and team leadership provides him with a strong foundation for navigating the complexities of real estate.

A lifelong outdoorsman, Matt has a particular passion for hunting, fishing, and aviation. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, further fueling his appreciation for flight and the great outdoors. At Hayden Outdoors, Matt combines his operational expertise with his love for the land to deliver exceptional service to clients. He takes pride in helping landowners achieve their real estate goals while sharing his deep appreciation for nature.
