Cord Hesseltine started his real estate career in 2018 and specializes in selling agricultural properties. Cord is a full-time realtor located in the heart-city of the Sandhills – Valentine, NE.

Cord attended North Platte Community College and graduated with an associate degree in Agribusiness. While there, he was a member of the Mid-Plains Community College rodeo team and competed in both the bareback riding and the steer wrestling. He still enjoys competing in the bulldogging during summer rodeo season and loves any amount of time spent horseback.

Cord grew up in the Sandhills of Nebraska with a lifetime of ranching and agricultural experiences. His knowledge of ranch life has excelled tremendously throughout the years, which helps him relate to other farmers and ranchers with their specific real estate needs.

Cord and his wife, Kylee, have 3 young children at home – Adaline, Wynn, & Wacy. In addition to rodeo, he enjoys hunting, fishing, spending time with friends and family, and being involved in his community.

We are so thankful we chose Cord Hesseltine for our realtor when we decided to list our 800-acre ranch near Oconto.
