Cooper O’Connor is licensed in Nebraska his passion for rural lifestyle and the outdoors started at a young age growing up in North Eastern Colorado. He spent his young years helping neighbors and family friends in the farming and ranching community. His passion for hunting and fishing continue to thrive. His knowledge is growing and he specializes in Farm, Ranch, Hunting and Fishing Land.

Cooper O’Connor spent six years as a professional fly fishing guide on the San Juan River in New Mexico creating experiences and relationships with his clients that will last a lifetime. During the winters of those six years he spent his time hunting waterfowl through the midwest and during that time he has developed a passion and knowledge for the state of Nebraska and what its land has to offer. When he’s not helping people with real estate he can be found spending time with family, golfing, or training his bird dogs. He prides himself on his commitment to customer service, building and maintaining quality relationships. He is committed to the land and he specializes in Farm, Ranch, Hunting, and Fishing properties.
