Courtney Williams is a licensed broker associate and REALTOR®️ in Colorado. Born and raised on the Western Slope she has been selling real estate for the past 15 years. She works in all aspects of the real estate industry from residential to ranch and recreational properties. Not only is real estate her chosen profession, it’s also her passion.

Courtney and her husband Dave own a small local business. They have 3 children who are heavily involved in the local wrestling and 4H communities. In their free time you can find them hunting, fishing, camping, golfing and spending time outdoors.
